About MobileRank.top
MobileRank.top is an independent project dedicated to the objective comparison of smartphones, mobile processors (SoCs), and graphics accelerators (GPUs).
We gather specs and benchmarks from a wide range of open sources, aggregate them, and compute our own rating using a proprietary formula. Our goal is to help users choose a device based on numbers, not marketing.
Smartphone Rating (0-100)
The final MobileRank score for smartphones is made up of six weighted categories:
| Category | Weight | What's Measured |
|---|---|---|
| Performance | 38% | AnTuTu (v11), Geekbench 6 single-core and multi-core |
| Camera | 25% | DXOMark score if available; otherwise the resolution of the main, ultrawide, telephoto, and front modules |
| Battery & Charging | 15% | Capacity (mAh), wired and wireless charging power |
| Display | 12% | Refresh rate (Hz) |
| Value for Money | 6% | Inverse price normalization (cheaper = better) |
| Design | 4% | Inverse weight normalization (lighter = better) |
Every metric is normalized to a 0-100 range relative to the current 2024-2026 market. The final score is a weighted sum of the categories. Full formulas, scale anchors, and limitations are on the methodology page.
SoC Rating (0-100)
| Category | Weight | Metric |
|---|---|---|
| AnTuTu | 30% | Overall AnTuTu v10 score |
| CPU Single-core | 25% | Geekbench 6 single-core |
| CPU Multi-core | 25% | Geekbench 6 multi-core |
| Power Efficiency | 20% | Process node (nm) — smaller is better |
GPU Rating (0-100)
| Category | Weight | Metric |
|---|---|---|
| 3DMark Wild Life Extreme | 55% | Overall 3DMark WLE score |
| GFXBench Aztec Ruins High | 45% | FPS in offscreen mode |
We aggregate data from several independent sources, cross-checking figures along the way:
Device Specs
- Official manufacturer websites — Samsung, Apple, Qualcomm, MediaTek, Google, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Vivo, OPPO, HONOR
- GSMArena — detailed specifications
- DeviceSpecifications — an alternative specs database
- NanoReview — comparative specs
Benchmarks
- AnTuTu — official AnTuTu v11 rankings
- Geekbench Browser — Geekbench 6 results (single/multi)
- 3DMark — Wild Life Extreme, Solar Bay
- GFXBench — Aztec Ruins, Car Chase (offscreen)
- Notebookcheck — aggregated GPU benchmarks
The database is updated as new devices launch and benchmarks are published. We aim to add new models within 1-2 weeks of the official announcement.
Normalization ranges (min/max for each metric) are reviewed every quarter to reflect the current market.
